AXYZ Trident print finishing system shines at FESPA

The latest Trident hybrid print finishing system from ISA-UK member AXYZ Automation Group generated considerable visitor interest at FESPA 2019, held recently in Munich. In addition to promoting Trident to a wide and informed international audience, the event provided the opportunity to formally introduce both the new company name that has replaced the former AXYZ International and the new corporate ID and dual-colour branding.

Vice President (Market Development), Robert Marshall commented: “The Trident machine has proved, within a relatively short period of time since its introduction, to be a valuable and profitable addition to the production armoury of companies operating in, for example, the digital printing/finishing, signage, large-format graphics and packaging sectors.

“The feedback was extremely positive, with a large number of sales enquiries received from both existing AXYZ customers and potential new ones. These were brought to the AXYZ stand for a demonstration of the Trident machine by representatives from the main dealerships in Europe and beyond.”

The AXYZ Trident combines routing and cutting functions within a single powerful print finishing solution. It incorporates a high-performance 10hp routing spindle, with tangential and oscillating knife-cutting units.

The machine is capable of processing a wide range of both rigid and flexible materials as diverse as aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, aluminium composites (ACM), acrylic and various plastics, foamed and corrugated board, vinyl, cardboard and paper. Trident is supplied with a range of performance-enhancing standard and optional production tools and dedicated software.
