ISA-UK provides more than £20k of funding for training to its members

During January and February this year, 79 ISA-UK members were fully funded by the Association to take part in CPD accredited workshops with Make it Happen Signage Consultancy.

The specially designed, intensive workshops cover both practical areas, such as fabrication of stainless-steel letters and signage installation, plus product knowledge, the art of selling and customer management.

Gareth Morgan is the Managing Director of Morgan Signs and Design: “Five  members of our team recently attended the Make it Happen “On The Frontline” course and had a fantastic day learning about the importance of implementing systems and processes for working and improving communication as a team and towards those we work with.  They also carried out some practical signage installation which helped them understand some of the issues and considerations faced by installation engineers which is so valuable when designing and project managing jobs.”

All sign makers who are full members of ISA-UK are entitled to apply for funded training with the usual cost of a day’s workshop being £299.

David Catanach is Director of ISA-UK: “Education and training is a key issue within the sign, graphics and visual communications sector and we are pleased to be able to help our members access workshops which can provide their staff with the knowledge and tangible skills needed to help businesses thrive.”

Whilst none of us know quite when our working lives will be back to normal, you can register your interest in a Make it Happen workshop by calling Sam Armstrong on 07595 071288.

All Make it Happen training courses are available to ISA-UK members and non-members alike.
