INV Recruitment is an Independent Recruitment Consultancy with a unique approach. Focusing across the Graphics, Signage, POS, Events & Exhibitions, Retail-Fit-Outs, and Packaging industries, we can recruit across Sales & Client Services, Technical, Production, Installation and Studio roles.

Having been a huge advocate of the signage industry, becoming a member of the ISA was an easy decision to make. INV started trading in February 2020; however, with COVID and multiple lockdowns, the timing wasn’t right. But, by the end of 2022, after multiple conversations with Sam Armstrong and Craig Brown, a decision was made, and we finally became a member.

I want to add value to the industry and help signage businesses with their recruitment needs, advice on their recruitment process, etc.

The entire ISA-UK team has been very helpful so far, and I look forward to seeing where this will go.
