The Printing Charity’s recent True Picture of People in Print research gave people across the sector the opportunity to share their experiences of work and wellbeing. The feedback continues to inform the support The Printing Charity provides.
In the webinar, Michelle Knight, UK Wellbeing Lead at Smurfit Westrock, will share her experience of supporting wellbeing in the workplace and the practical approaches that can help people and teams. Peter Ashcroft, Director of Services, will share what was learned through the research and how their services can respond to people’s needs.
