Annual general meeting takes place online on 30 June 2026

The British Sign and Graphics Association (BSGA) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 30 June at 12.30 via Microsoft Teams. President David Allen, Chairman Craig Brown and Managing Director Linda Edwards will address members before opening the floor for formal votes and questions, giving every member a direct line to the association’s leadership at no cost and without leaving their desk.
The agenda covers the past twelve months of activity, significant industry developments, and the BSGA’s priorities for the year ahead. Members will hear updates from each of the three board members, move through formal business, including votes on matters affecting the association, and then have the chance to put questions directly to the board.
What the meeting covers
The BSGA board meets on the first Friday of every month, so the AGM is less a one-off event and more the moment when the wider membership plugs into an ongoing process. This year’s strategic focus sits across education, stakeholder engagement, and making sure the environment in which UK sign and graphics businesses operate works in their favour.
For any association, the gap between the people making decisions and the people those decisions affect tends to close in direct proportion to how many members actually show up. The BSGA has structured the AGM to make attendance as frictionless as possible. Microsoft Teams requires no travel, no hotel and about an hour of a member’s time.
Why attendance matters
The association’s work is built around five principles: Community, Communication, Collaboration, Compliance and Leadership. The AGM is where all five come into focus at once, with this year’s strategic direction centring on education and stakeholder engagement, and on making sure the BSGA remains a credible, active voice for the sector in the conversations that matter.
“We encourage every member to come along on 30 June and get involved. The signage and graphics industry has a distinctive story to tell and real challenges to work through, and the stronger our collective voice, the better placed we are to tell it,” Linda Edwards, managing director of the BSGA, concludes.
