Entries are now open for the ISA-UK British Sign Awards 2019. Sponsored by SignFab, Make it Happen and FirstLite, the awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of UK-based sign businesses of every type and size; recognising skills and creativity.

This year, the awards gala event takes place on Thursday 14 November at the Athena Centre in Leicester and will be hosted by TV legend, actor and comedian, Shaun Williamson.

With 13 sponsored categories so far plus the Sign of the Year Award, the Awards cover many areas of the sign industry from wide format to vehicle graphics, illuminated sign of the year, retail, decor, young signmaker of the year, small signmaker of the year and the craftsman award recognising traditional signmaking skills.

Ray Hirst is organiser of the British Sign Awards. “The awards offer sign businesses a unique opportunity to showcase their best work,” he says. “Being selected as a finalist or winning an award provides an unrivalled marketing tool to use with both existing and potential customers. There’s no better way to impress than to say you’ve been selected by your peers as best in class. It’s also a great morale boost for staff when they see their skills and hard work recognised by the industry.”
