The Printing Charity shares Mental Health Awareness Week resources

As Mental Health Awareness Week approaches (11th – 17th May), The Printing Charity shares a set of resources specifically designed for Wellbeing Champions to share and use within workplaces.

This year, the Mental Health Foundation’s theme is action. Their message is clear: individual actions matter, but when we come together, we are even more powerful. Similarly, Mind reminds us that great mental health care is human, and that there should be “no mind left behind”.

These messages strongly align with the purpose of our Wellbeing Community. Together, The Printing Charity are supporting the supporters – their Wellbeing Champions – while building a connected, compassionate network across and within organisations in the sector. This is what makes our Wellbeing Community truly human.

To support activities during the week, there is:

  • A poster with simple daily actions to support mental wellbeing in the workplace
  • Booklets on:
    • Stress and work-life balance
    • Mental health & wellbeing
