If you know someone aged 18–35 working in print (in any role), this is a great opportunity to help them take their next career step. A Rising Star Award offers a financial grant for training and development (up to £1500), supporting learning across everything from teamwork, confidence and presentation skills to professional qualifications. It’s also the start of a longer-term journey, with ongoing support from the Careers & Development team at The Printing Charity.
Previous winners have used their awards for a wide range of development opportunities – from ‘soft’ skills for personal development to core skills training and Chartered Institute qualifications – all tailored to what they needed to move their careers forward. What they all had in common was a clear, focused application showing how the award would help them shine.
The Printing Charity are excited to launch the 2026 Rising Star Awards on 2nd March and have created a handy toolkit to help you share the opportunity with your team and across your business:
