Changing your password

Through Your profile

Click on your profile on the left hand side. Click on settings and enter your new password in the boxes provided.

Through your account

Click on your account on the left hand side. Click on edit account. Enter your new password in the boxes provided.

Through WordPress

You can also change your password through wordpress. You can do this by clicking the home icon in the black bar at the top of the page. The click on your profile. the password box is at the bottom of the page. This option also comes with a strength indicator so you can check how secure your password is.

Forgotten password

If you forget your password you can use the forgot password link below the log in. Enter your username or the email address associated with yourt account (the private one). the system will send you a tempory password to log-in. You should change this password when you log-in using one of the methods above.

If you are still unable to log-in please contact the BSGA at enquiries@bsga.co.uk and well will rset the account for you.

About passwords

We recommend that your password is at least 8 characters long and includes both upper and lower case letters, at least one number and one character (e.g. *&$£). So if you password was password you could change it to P@ssW04d.
