BSGA is off to The Sign Show

This September, the British Sign and Graphics Association (BSGA) is delighted to return to the NEC Birmingham for The Sign Show 2025, joining forces with key industry partners to support the UK signage community as it continues to grow, adapt, and thrive.

Partnered with The Print Show from Tuesday 23rd to Wednesday 25th September 2025, this combined event offers a dynamic platform to engage with our members, and wider stakeholder community.

You will find us on Stand S334, where BSGA Board Directors and team members will be available throughout the event to meet attendees, provide advice, and share how we are working to represent and support the UK signage industry.

Events such as The Sign Show are much more than a trade exhibition – they offer our community the opportunity to:

Pause. Reconnect. Purpose:

Trade exhibitions provide an opportunity to pause and take time out from our daily work duties, reconnect with peers, and gain revitalised perspectives on our industry. They create a space for industry professionals to exchange ideas, share challenges, and celebrate achievements – strengthening our sense of community. These events also encourage new perspectives, support objective setting, and support individuals realign with current industry developments, returning to operations with clarity and renewed purpose.

Connect. Collaborate. Grow.

Face to face interaction remains one of our most powerful tools for building and strengthening professional relationships. Be it reconnecting with suppliers, meeting prospective clients, or engaging with fellow professionals and industry experts, in person interactions often lead to meaningful collaborations and opportunities that do not always emerge in digital environments.

Compare. Learn. Decide.

Trade exhibitions provide practical and time-efficient environments to explore the latest tools, technologies, materials, and services side by side. This enables attendees to ask questions, gather insights, and make strategic, well-informed decisions without the disruption of extended or fragmented time away from daily operations.

Access. Insight. Opportunity.

Trade exhibitions provide access to a breadth of expertise that can be challenging to navigate and ascertain online. Attendees can engage directly with manufacturers, technical specialists, industry bodies, and training providers asking targeted questions and receiving tailored guidance relevant to their specific needs and situations.

See. Learn. Do.

Complementing structured learning environments, trade exhibitions offer rich opportunities for informal knowledge exchange via live demonstrations, workshops, and meaningful conversations with industry peers and experts. These experiences provide practical insights and real life context that help build team members’ confidence and support improved decision making on the job.
They also offer valuable exposure to wider industry offerings – particularly for team members who may not typically engage with external stakeholders. This not only supports professional development but, also positively influences working relationships and strengthens operational approaches through updated understandings.

Engage. Inspire. Connect.

Encouraging your team to attend trade exhibitions is a valuable way to build engagement, raise morale, and foster a shared sense of purpose. Taking time away from the daily operational environment allows team members to feel more involved, recognised, and aligned with the organisation’s wider aims. It can also prompt creative approaches, strengthen collaboration, and trigger constructive conversations that may not ordinarily occur.

“I encourage all members and industry stakeholders to make time to attend The Sign Show 2025. It provides a valuable platform for the signage community to come together, to engage in collaboration, learning, and commercial growth. It is an investment of your resources into your team, and your organisation – together with an opportunity to influence the future direction of our industry.

We look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new connections at Stand S334 as we work to enhance industry standards and advance professional development.

Stay informed and get involved by visiting our website or contacting a team member to learn more about our upcoming initiatives.”
