The Operational Team, comprising of the Chairman, Managing Director, and Office Manager, operates with the support of the President, outsourced Marketing Services and the Board of Directors on an as-needed basis.
This framework ensures that the core team remains consistently engaged and accountable for operational efficiencies and strategic alignment.
Additional strategic, marketing, compliance and governance expertise can be called upon when necessary to address specific challenges and opportunities, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness and accountability of the Association
President
David is currently Managing Director of Allen Signs, a multi-service, family-run business that has been producing a wide range of signage applications since it was founded by his parents in 1965.
Allen Signs’ own affiliation with the modern-day BSGA stretches all the way back to the early 1970s, with the company having been part of the organisation’s network for almost 50 years.
“My father always believed membership of a recognised trade body was vital to show to customers that he was serious about his business and the service he delivered,” David said. “Nearly 50 years later, to take over the presidency of that same association is something I’m very proud to do.
“To be following in the footsteps of some of the best-known names in our trade is humbling. Like those that have gone before me, I hope I can continue to add value to the association.”
