The newly appointed roles will see them jointly oversee workflow within the sales office, aiming to improve office efficiencies and the SignFab experience further.
Customers will continue to benefit from having a dedicated account manager accompany them through the inquiry, order and manufacture process and provide them with supportive aftercare and backup. These recent changes will see SignFab and their customers gain from the combined experience of not just one, but two office managers.
Collectively Chris and Jordy have been working at SignFab for over 20 years. Their promotion recognises the unique experience and skills they bring to the business as individuals and now as a management team. In addition, the department is to expand further to improve the service given.
